Very skillful app!
I take 2 Motorola Focus 66 cams I apply with this software. I really like being able to get a real time view of my pet and my door. It's nice that I tin can change the sensitivity on the app, view them on my IPhone while I'm away, and save recordings.
There are a couple of things I'd like fixed. The more than annoying event is that the app has no support for daylight savings. My recording times listed are 1 hour off from April to Oct. I made sure I have my correct time zone set for both cams. The other outcome may be the photographic camera itself, even though both my cams have the latest firmware according to the app. On my older camera, the app records every 3 minutes, even with no movement. There are besides many phantom recordings. Information technology is only supposed to record with motion. I've already lowered the sensitivity so that sunlight in room doesn't cause recording. Also on this camera, information technology's just supposed to exist black & white, fifty-fifty though sometimes it records in color. That is very strange. Also, this camera seems to selectively record motion. When I walk in front of the photographic camera while it's powered on, information technology should tape me every time, but it doesn't. It may be the different firmware in the older Focus 66. I never got clarification.

I should not take to be sharing my location information to check in on my kid. I bought this monitor to be able to bank check in from where always I was. I noticed that every time I log in my telephone starts sharing my location, so I turned it off. Then the app stopped working, maxim there was a connexion problem with my camera. I turned location data back on and it started working instantly. The justification the app uses for requiring location information is to serve us relevant location specific ads. Information technology has nil to do with the actual functionality of the app. This is crap. While I have seen a recent decrease in the number of pop ups before I can even view the monitor, it was getting out of control for a while. I get that app developers need to make money with their free app versions, and and so that requires advertising, simply for the beloved of god, in that location is no need for the sharing of our location data. Too much personal data is always being collected just from the nature of this product.
Edit - I just got a response that the location needs to be shared to connect to WiFi. But, that's not the justification the app uses for asking for WiFi when you go into your settings. Information technology says the location info is necessary to "forrad you to a localized version of our production website." So, that contradicts the response I received from the squad. Likewise their own privacy policy on their website.

The camera enables me to proceed house work while keeping a close eye on mom who cannot move and is in a hospital bed. The audio quality is astonishing then if she wakes upwards and we are in another room nosotros tin hear her calling for someone. This device has first-class video and sound quality and the move and audio detection is so useful. We can fifty-fifty continue the camera's audio running in the background of our phone while the phone is in utilize or if we are sleeping with the phone screen locked. We will as well be able to review saved recordings and sleep summaries. This is device has helped us so much.
